The Composition of Giant Planets: Confronting Theory with Observations
This project confronts theoretical models of giant planet formation and composition with the rapidly growing body of observations from JWST, Juno, and Cassini. The research addresses questions about atmospheric metallicity, metal enrichment patterns, and how our Solar System's giant planets compare with the emerging exoplanet population, aiming to refine our understanding of how giant planets form and evolve across diverse planetary systems.
